Ali is the Project Development Director at RUA Almadinah, leading multiple portfolios of hospitality projects. With over 18 years of experience, he oversees the PMO, ensuring strong governance, alignment, and successful delivery for all projects.

Ali holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, and is passionate about real estate development, hospitality innovation, and sustainable project management. His work focuses on creating long-term value for stakeholders and advancing real estate landscape.

He is recognized for establishing the Project Development Management System, a framework that enhanced governance and execution excellence. Under his leadership, RUA has received multiple awards showcasing his dedication to innovation and excellence.
